Although Hound Origin® has taken every reasonable measure to maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill your order, availability of product(s) may change without notice. Hound Origin® is not responsible for unavailability of products due to supply demand, whether discontinued or still in production. We will make every effort to contact you prior to shipment in the event this does occur.

If your pet has any food allergies, or if you are otherwise concerned about any particular ingredients, please be sure to check all individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and nutritional content for any/all Hound Origin® products, including new and improved items.

Please note: One-day, two-day, three-day and four-day shipping are terms we use to determine your estimated delivery date based on your location (these terms do not reflect product availability or our estimated shipping date);
All orders will be shipped SCG Express or other providers for rural area shipment Ground. If you need to expedite an order. You may be responsible for the additional shipping surcharge for expedited service.

We cannot guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date (weather delays, carrier delays, etc.).

Any/all order cancellation requests must be made by 12:00 PM prior to your scheduled shipment. Any request after the cut-off will be subject to a 200 baht cancellation fee customers are fully responsible for any expense occurred for the product return. Hound Origin® does not guarantee that late requests will result in the cancellation of your order.

We may, at our discretion, change our Hound Origin's general Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the Hound Origin Co., Ltd. without noticing to you.
